It was another normal July 4th weekend in 2002 and police officer Kurt UnderKoeffer was on patrol in Exeter Township Pennsylvania but not far from the Limerick nuclear reactor situated along route 422 just east of Pottstown in imerick when he noticede a car driving somewhat eraticaly when he decided to foow the car. The car continuesd to a produce area and the driver got out and officer Underkoeffler pulled around in a parking lot and observed.
When the driver finaly got back in an drove officer Undewrkoeffer made a stop and checked the driver for identification and he was from Afghanistan and had no ID which stated he was alowed in the United States.
Upon checking the vehicle numerous soda bottes,wires and other substances were found which coud have bene used to make a bomb similar to one used at the Wor;d Trade Center IN 1993.. After the check and questioning, backup support arrived and the alleged terrorist was identified as " MOHAMMED OMAR PAPPALL" a MOST WANTED Afghan terrorist being sought by the FBI and the FBI was contacted in PHILADELPHIA and within about forty five minutes a helicopter was flown out to Exeter Township to pick up the terrorist and he was taken to Philadephia for further questioning.
BUT- A major tragedy was averted thanks to an alert and diligent police officer KURT UNDERKOEFFER of the Exeter Township Police.!!
It was INDEPENDENCE DAY and a highly sensitive U.S. asset- a nuclear reactor was saved from a very possibe attack and many nearby communities and lives were also saved.

The telephone call detail record reveals that the F.B.I. was notified regarding Mohammed's presence and that it was quite likely Mohammed at least played a role in the operation as anthrax distribution was one of his assigned Al Queida duties!! Other calls not shown here were also made pertaining to the anthrax letter distrtibution and the man who looked like Mohammed and said he was, got off the train at the West Trenton stop. Correspondent Rodgers was also on that Amtrak train which left Pennsylvania Station-New York at 7:30PM on October 17th or 18th. The man who said he was Mohammed and from Kuwait also looked like the most wanted 911 mastermind and other travelers noticed him!! How many people would have said that except for a very confident terrorist who had returned to the scene of the crime in New York and carried out another mission!!
